This challenge is for everyone because no matter what your current schedule is you can always make it better! If you can't make it to class in person, do these at home, or wherever you are! These 14 workouts will get you burning fat, boost your energy, and improve your mood and health. You can perform these exercises anywhere with no equipment! You'll just need a small space, a mat or towel, and a timer; I recommend you download the 'Tabata' app that will play a count down, and stop alarm for you and you are all set! Let me know how you go!
