Take a moment, stretch out and connect with your own yoga teaching in a healing practice. 1 hour BYO Mat, drink bottle and smile.

Cancellation Policy

We all have things come up and can't always make the odd session, no probs just give us 12 hours notice for group sessions and 24 hours for Personal Training and you will not be charged for your session. Namaste
